2. Publication of your ad
After we have received all the details and information about your property, we will adjust this in our portal. Furthermore, we will personally visit your property and take photographs to showcase and can market your property as possible.
3. Manage Your Reservations
You will soon receive first booking requests from your future guests. You get a detailed list of the booking request and can over this email a link directly "accept" the booking request or "reject". In this way, we consider the workload for bookings as possible as low.
4. Make your tenants
Once you have accepted and confirmed the request, you will receive all contact information of the tenant (phone number, email address, etc.) so that you can discuss the way forward (time of arrival and departure, balance of the outstanding rental amount) and the keys.
5.Get a review
After letting you get an evaluation from the guest to your accommodation (amenities, cleanliness, service, price / quality, location / environment, review text) to obtain even more new bookings of new and satisfied guests in future. [/tab_item]

Look at all the objects using the search function or by clicking on "Properties" and find as the best option for your next vacation.
2. Dream Accommodation
When you find the right accommodation for your next holiday in the Canary Islands, so please use the inquiry form, which is located below the hotel on the side. Simply fill in the dates and contact information and submit. Within a maximum of 24 hours we clarify for you from the availability of the property and give you this regard feedback.
3.After booking request
Having clarified the availability of accommodation for you, you receive a booking confirmation or in the event of fully-booked accommodation a rejection. In the booking confirmation you will find the requested dates with the desired property, as well as a deposit of the total price with the appropriate account information. After receipt of the deposit, the owner of the property will be put in touch with you and the rest of the details (balance, driving directions, keys, etc.)
4. Rate and comment your experience
After your stay in the accommodation, you have the option to evaluate them in various criteria (facilities, cleanliness, service, price / quality, location / environment, review text) to tell their experiences other guests.
